Subscription website builders can be useful, but a site can disappear when its subscription is no longer renewed. This package starts with a custom-coded setup that you own.

You receive a useful professional first version that can grow with the business, move to another developer or act as the reference for a different platform later.

One reusable branded email template

The agreed workflow uses a Brevo template that can include your logo, brand colours, contact information, social links, calls to action and reusable content sections. Where suitable, its source files can also be stored with the website project.

Up to three emails are included where useful. Every project does not automatically receive three emails, and extra messages are not added simply to create a sequence.

FAQ assistant

Quick answers without a full AI chatbot

A small assistant appears in the bottom-right corner of the finished website. Visitors choose from agreed questions, see the matching answer and are guided towards email or another agreed call to action.

It looks familiar without adding the cost and complexity of a full AI customer-support system.

We agree the business, audience, pages, content, brand, design direction, form, email workflow, FAQ questions and calls to action.

Call two

Progress review

During week two, we review progress, answer questions and collect your consolidated feedback.

Call three

Final review

During week three, we review the completed website, handle final agreed requirements and prepare for launch and handover.

The project slot is reserved when the first payment is received.

The three-week build starts on the agreed date after onboarding and after the required content, materials and access have been provided.

The start date is normally scheduled within 14 days of the first payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Timely information and consolidated feedback are required to use the reserved period properly.

That means I look at what the business offers, what the customer needs to know and what action the website should support. The aim is the simplest useful first version, with room to grow when the business is ready.

Ownership and technical setup

Standard code, clear access and a practical handover

The website is built in standard code, hosted through Cloudflare Pages and stored in a private GitHub repository. After full payment, you own the website code and can work with another developer later.

The website belongs to you, the code belongs to you, and you are not locked into one platform or developer.

Cloudflare Pages

The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages using its current free-plan allowance. For a normal small-business website, this usually means no monthly hosting subscription. Provider terms and allowances can change.

Private GitHub repository

The website files are kept together in a private repository that records the history of changes. Final code and repository access are handed over after the full project balance has been paid.

AGENTS.md

The project includes guidance explaining its structure, design and content rules, key technical decisions, and how future developers or coding assistants should add pages and articles.

Moving to another platform

Not every platform can import standard website code directly. The design, copy, images, content and structure can still be used to recreate the website without repeating the planning process from nothing.

Working with another developer

You can give the project to your own developer, another freelancer or an agency. Standard code and project documentation make the existing setup easier to understand and adapt.

Future changes after handover

Further pages, integrations, training or development can be completed by Mahir for an additional agreed fee, or handled by another developer of your choice.

Professional business email

One domain-based mailbox setup is included

One Spacemail mailbox, such as hello@yourbusiness.com, is set up for professional replies and business communication.

The subscription is paid directly by the client and currently costs less than USD 1 per month, depending on the plan. Spacemail is not required for the Brevo form and email workflow.
